Our pricing is based on yard size, the number of dogs, and the frequency of visits.
For one-time cleanups, you will be billed for the service at the time of scheduling.
If you have a recurring service set up, we will keep a card on file for your account and charge it on the first business day of each month.

You can stop service at any time by emailing at least 24 hours before your next clean-up.
In order to keep our prices low, we arrange the days of our weekly routes based on geographical location (much like how your trash service operates). For this reason, we cannot guarantee a regular service day for you if our team is not in your area that day. However, if you have a special one-time event or party that will require a cleaning to be more specifically timed that week, please reach out to our team as far in advance as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
If it has been an extended period since your yard was last cleaned, an extra charge may apply for your first visit.
We are licensed and fully insured. For our customers’ peace of mind, we also never use third-party contractors and all of our employees are background checked and drug tested before joining our team.
Yes! Even in the winter, dogs will still poop, so our services are still active. We want to make sure you have a clean yard for your dogs at all times. If waste is frozen and below the snow, we’ll address it once the snow has melted during a future recurring or one-time cleaning.
In most cases, yes. Most dogs love the attention when we visit, and we love interacting with them! However, if your dog displays aggressive behavior and won’t allow us to enter your yard, we will notify you and return to the space once the dog is restrained or confined. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time frame while our team is at your yard, you will still be charged for the cleaning, and the rest of your visit will be skipped.
